I bought the 30 day Presidents pack and was so excited to embark on my new journey of welllbeing, fitness and creating a new me. Not only did I stick to the programe, I also had the benefit of having had blood tests in the weeks before Isagenix (didnt show much, other than I was incredibly low in vitamin D). Out of curiosity, I had blood tests done again a few days ago.

Take Cleanse for Life daily as part of a balanced diet to promote better health or use it as part of a one- or two-day intermittent fasting deep cleanse for additional benefits. Cleanse for Life should be used as part of an Isagenix System for maximum results. For Daily cleansing, take 2 ounces twice daily. Enjoy warm or cold. For a deeper, one- or two-day cleanse, take 4 ounces four times throughout the day. Follow with 8 ounces of water. Enjoy warm or cold. Cleansing is most effective with a combination of both daily and deep cleanses.
Seriously don’t call people lazy. Also, I use Isagenix and do not spend $ 595 a month. I’m not quite sure where you got that. I prepare many clean meals in conjunction with enjoying Isagenix shakes. I eat clean, buy organic fruits and vegetables as well as hormone free yogurt, cottage cheese, etc. And when I’m busy (which most people are) I make a shake and go. I usually don’t respond to things like this, but you really struck a chord. You are very closed minded and wont even budge a bit, even though people have provided you with an array of information. You really need to open your mind to the idea that your way is just that, your way. It’s not necessarily right or wrong, but you can’t chastise people for having different opinions. And many different things for work different people for lots of different reasons.
I always keep an open mind when I am doing my research. So when I was approached about isagenix I started my reading and actually found ingredients online on some of their products. It was not hard to see that their products are not good for you. ALSO…some of their labels say it’s not for pregnant women or there are some warnings on their labels. What does that tell you? If it was apples, spinach, walnuts and coconut oil…it wouldn’t have a warning label. (just an example)
To get the recommended amount of sleep daily, figure out what time you need to go to sleep in order to get in at least seven hours nightly. Go to bed early, turn off all lights and all electronics that provide light and sound (including your smartphone). It's also recommended to put down electronic devices at least 30 minutes prior to falling asleep, as the light emitted from these devices can stimulate your brain and make it difficult to fall asleep.
Thank you so much for this! I tried googling 4 different ways to get the actual ingredients and an objective analysis of whether some new evidence showed anything in a supplement could “burn fat” and all I got was pages of links from the company & salespeople–even when I included the word scam–they are very clever in anticipating this charge–until I found you.
The bottom line is that “meal replacement shakes” from any company are not good for you and should not be used. We are meant to eat food, not drink shakes full of crap in place of food. Shills will tell you that these are a great option when you’re pressed for time, but grabbing some fresh fruit or vegetables is equally as easy (probably even easier) and much better for you.
You may be tempted to reach for the meds, but medicating with vitamins from whole foods—blueberries in particular—is a much better, all-natural option to perk-up a compromised immune system. In fact, you can think of each sweet little blueberry as a pill that’ll make you feel a whole lot better. Oregon State University recently took a look at over 400 compounds for their ability to boost the immune system, and the study revealed blueberries as a standout due to a compound called pterostilbene. Goodbye Pepto Bismol, hello Pterostilbene! Bored with plain blueberries? Try any of our 50 Best Snacks for Weight Loss for nourishing eats that are also delicious.
“Organic” does not automatically mean “pesticide-free” or “chemical-free”. In fact, under the laws of most states, organic farmers are allowed to use a wide variety of chemical sprays and powders on their crops. Organic means that these pesticides, if used, must be derived from natural sources, not synthetically manufactured. Also, these pesticides must be applied using equipment that has not been used to apply any synthetic materials for the past three years, and the land being planted cannot have been treated with synthetic materials for that period either. When you look at lists of pesticides allowed in organic agriculture, you find warnings such as, “Use with caution. The toxicological effects of [organic pesticide X] are largely unknown,” or “Its persistence in the soil is unknown.” Again, researchers haven’t bothered to study the effects of organic pesticides because it is assumed that “natural” chemicals are automatically safe.
Apple and cinnamon seem to go hand-in-hand for whatever reason. This is another one of those infused water recipes similar to the cucumber water. These water detox drinks are actually quite trendy because they provide tons of flavor minus the calories and artificial flavors. Apple and cinnamon are another two awesome ingredients that make for a terrific weight loss cleanse.
One of the biggest problems I have had with Isagenix, is the lack of medical knowledge those selling it have…. I went on Isagenix after being told how fantastic it was…. I had a VIOLENT allergic reaction, esophagus burning, migraine so severe I almost went into the ER for… and the gal selling it kept telling me it was a “detox” symptom… after the next shake, esophagus burned again… she called someone “higher up,” and they kept telling me to slow down, not to take the accelerator, etc.etc…. One more time and I was done.. had to take benadryl, heartburn meds.. anything to stop the burning….. Now, I realize that my case is rare; however, unless these people are MD’s, nutritionists, or have clear access to doctors…. PLEASE don’t try to tell me others these are detox symptoms, when clearly they have no idea what is going on …The same thing happened to someone else about two months ago…..Scary…. When I wrote one negative comment about my experience with Isagenix on facebook, I was blocked and later told by a distributor, “Isagenix doesn’t want any negative comments posted about their products, so I had to delete it.” That sealed the deal for me, and I then began to see that it was about their reputation and MLM, rather than a person’s health…. I appreciate that so many are dropping pounds and feeling better, but seriously… we live in a free country, free speech.. you put your product out there, expect both negative and positive reviews……. FYI.. after seeing some of the ingredients in the isagenix shake…… one of them is ASPERIGILLIUS, which is a form of mold.. I am HIGHLY allergic to mold… and yes, there is fructose, which is the first ingredient…. I was told by my doctor, which is a functional medicine doctor that I trust… to be cautious of some of these types of products that help people detox and dump weight quickly… If they go off… it can be disastrous….It can throw your adrenals, thyroid glands into fatigue…….
This is the kind of information I was looking for. I found it very strange how few negative reviews were available for Isagenix system. I am from the “school” of where if something seems too good to be true, it is because it IS too good to be true. 400 dollars for a 30 day system sounds to me like a rotten pyramid scheme with a frantic dietary fad.
