You advocate organic food – and that’s fine as long as we recognise that this food is subject to the toxins in the environment – like fumes for example on their way to market just as we are on our way to buy them. Does the organic farmer check the trucks they use to ensure the fumes from the vehicle itself isn’t polluting the carefully grown crops in organically optimised soil?
